Regarding Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Tourist Guesthouse and City Hotel in Addu City,

The Addu City Council (the “Council”), representing the Government of Maldives, hereby announces the first Amendment to Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) and Information to Bidders (the “ITB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Tourist Guesthouses and City Hotels in Addu City Reference No: (IUL) 426-AB/426/2022/77 dated 13th March 2022.

IFB Clause 12
12.1 Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the event (date and time specified in the table below), at the Conference Hall of the Secretariat of the Addu City Council, Addu City or at any other venue that the Council may announce.
