Invitation for the submission of expression of interest (EOI) for the
Development and Operation of a Cruise Terminal and Yacht Marina in Addu City Feydhoo
Addu City Council hereby announces the investment opportunity for interested parties to undertake the development and operation of a Cruise Terminal and Yacht Marina in Addu City Feydhoo.
The EIO submitted shall include a development plan that includes but not limited to the following specifications.
- A brief concept of cruise terminal and yacht marina in accordance with international standards.
- Supporting facilities such as Tourist Hotel (minimum 100 rooms), with commercial area, administrative services, etc.
- Primary facilities of cruise berth and its related services
- Primary facilities of yacht marina and its related services
Addu City Council would proceed with the EOI that best suits its vision and strategic objectives. In evaluating the EOIs, financial capacity, proposed business concept and experience of the developer/ contractor would be taken into consideration. As a mandatory documents, the developer/ contractor must submit Audited financial statements of the most recent 3 years and any other document(s) proving the financial strength of the developer/contractor. The developer/ contractor must provide document(s) of past 10 years experience in relevant field of work.
