Regarding Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the Lease of Lands in Addu City for the Development and Operation of Tourist Guesthouses, City Hotels.

The Addu City Council (the “Council”), hereby announces the first Amendment to Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) and Information to Bidders (the “ITB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Tourist Guesthouses and City Hotels in Addu City.

23. Evaluation and Comparison of Bids
23.3 Bids will be evaluated based on the:
vii. Proposed Corporate Social Responsibility (C.S.R) budget plan which shall carry a maximum of 10 marks. (CSR budget shall not be less than 10% of the Investment pursuant to Clause 4 of the ITB).
a. Above 10% to 15% of the total investment (5 marks)
b. Above 15% of the total investment (10 marks)
