First Amendment to IFB and ITB
Regarding Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Guesthouse in Feydhoo, Addu City.

The Addu City Council (the “Council”) hereby announces the First Amendment to Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) and Information to Bidders (the “ITB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Guesthouse in Feydhoo, Addu City.
Amendments to IFB
1. Clause 2
2(i)Dhigihera Tourism Zone (S4)
Description of zone: This zone is within the newly reclaimed land on the western side of Feydhoo opposite Savaaheli Island, two km away from Addu International Airport. The 3.2 hectares of beach front land is allocated for Guesthouses, Hotels and support services. Lands leased from this zone are detailed below.

2. Clause 4- Purchase of Bidding Documents
Interested parties may obtain further information, inspect and purchase the Bidding Documents at the Secretariat of the Addu City Council.
The period for purchasing the Bidding Documents shall be as follows:
a.Land Category C (5,000 sqft):
08 July 2026 to 19 July 2026, between 09:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs.
b. Land Category D (3,000 sqft):
08 July 2026 to 28th July 2026, between 09:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs
3. IFB Clause 11 – Pre-Bid Meeting
A pre-bid meeting to provide information for interested parties who have purchased bid documents shall be held virtually on 2nd August 2026 at 10:00 hrs. Meeting link will be shared with the parties who purchased the Bidding Document.
4. IFB Clause 12 – Bid Submission and Opening
Bidders or their representatives must be present with sealed Bids 10 minutes before the start of the Bid opening session on 13th August 2026 at 10:00 hrs.
Amendments to ITB
1. Clause 3- General Conditions of Lease
3.1 The land available for lease under these Bidding Documents comprises one (1) plot of land measuring 3,000 square feet (Land Category D) and one (1) plot of land measuring 5,000 square feet (Land Category C), both designated for the development and operation of guesthouses.
2. ITB Clause 8 – Requests for Clarification
8.1 (i) Prospective Bidders shall submit requests for clarification before 13:00hrs on 09th August 2026.
